You will not regret it.Learn more about your options and pick the best tool for your team. If you have just started with Taskade or you are considering it, I encourage you to jump in with both feet. List, Board, Action, & Mind Mapping gives me a visual way to think creatively instead of being bound to a linear means of problem solving. One feature that I really like is the ability to view my projects in a format that expands the way I look at my projects. As I have gained some skill at using this app, I realized I have just scratched the surface. It provides the power of a relational database with the practical ability to manage daily and weekly tasks. It seemed like ClickUp was designed for small business to manage repetitive processes for on boarding and the like.įinally I found Taskade. Next, I tried ClickUp, and I tried really hard. Finally, I realized that my understanding of relational databases was to shallow to harness & maximize the power of Notion. I liked the depth of Notion, but I found it difficult to create daily tasks & tasks that needed to have an alarm to keep me focused as I managed several projects at the same time. Tick Tick is more robust than Todoist, and I thought I had found my project manager for the future. Taskade also keeps adding new features and their staff seem very friendly and responsive throughout reddit.īefore I came to Taskade, I migrated from Todoist to Tick Tick. For notes and webclippings I use Joplin, but I think taskade can be an option for this as well. If I need a collaboration tool or a tool for more complex projects, I would definitely try out taskade (unfortunately our office has already other tools and not open to use taskade). Since I need a (simple) personal to-do list manager, I decided for Todoist. But the way you can design the workspaces, the projects, switching to different views etc. It does not allow for the smooth quick adding and sorting of tasks like todoist. It seems like a great collaboration platform. Taskade is beautiful and intuitive, but it is geared toward teams and more complex projects. I dont really see it as a collaboration plattform (even though it has these options). After having tried multiple apps, Todoist just seems to be the best for my needs. I need to add a task or an idea quickly with a few clicks. You can add new tasks or ideas very quickly, sorting them smoothly into various projects, using filters and labels. Todoist's strength is for single-users who want to have a clean To-Do List app. It really depends on what you want to do: I think Todoist's best features are like that too, right? But you will need the Unlimited Plan for that. When syncing with Google Calendar, you should note that in Taskade it is possible to perform 2-way sync, ie you can create a task in Google Calendar and it will appear in Taskade. I think this is a personal criterion, but I like the possibility of being able to change the wallpaper in Taskade. I honestly like the Taskade Interface a lot, Todoist is pretty simple too. I'm a content producer in Brazil, and I often have to work on projects with clients and my team, and Taskade has calls voice, text, video, and I can even share the screen. In addition, you have people responsible for tasks, reminders, tags. In addition, Taskade has more features that I really like, like WebClipper, which is very nice, 5 different ways to view your tasks, and in Taskade I can see all my tasks in one place, besides the tool itself, has a calendar that I can see all my tasks, regardless of the project. Workspace | SubSpace | Projects | Blocks | Tasks, and Sub-tasks. First, Taskade has a more flexible structure, namely:
